The company KP Akiniton Single Member P.C. was founded in 2018 by the qualified engineer and certified appraiser, Aikaterini Prinou, who has many studies and appraisals to her credit since 1994, when she started her professional activity.

Since 2018, the company KP Akiniton has been certified by the registry of Certified Appraisal Companies of the Greek Ministry of Finance to provide appraisals.

Since 2019, the company KPCP CYPRUS PROPERTIES L.L.C. has also been established, based in Nicosia which has been licensed by the technical chamber of Cyprus and has received certification from the Cypriot Ministry of Finance to provide estimates.

The companies are active in the field of real estate appraisals and Technical Audits, as well as in the field of study, supervision and construction of energy and technical projects throughout the Greek and Cypriot territory.

The level of knowledge, the continuous scientific training, the experience of the executives and the modern technical equipment lead to the excellent execution and management of the projects or obligations, in compliance with the required schedules.
